The plaintext is shown exactly once, when the key is created. We store only a SHA-256 hash, so a lost key cannot be recovered — revoke it and issue a new one.

One computed verdict card = one card from your allowance. A repeat of identical parameters is served from cache and is never billed — including after we redeploy. /api/matrix takes up to 12 rule/market combinations and bills only what was actually computed.
